My name is Angelo, a 32-year-old Filipino chef based in the Netherlands, working as a self-employed culinary professional. With over 14 years of experience, primarily in Asian cuisine, I’m passionate about crafting beautiful, flavorful dishes. I am HACCP- and SVH-certified, bringing meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety.

As a freelance chef, I offer flexible support to restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and production kitchens. You can count on me as an independent cook or chef de partie, skilled on both the hot and cold lines. I became a freelancer to experience the diversity of different kitchens and to keep learning from new people, embracing the freedom to explore my craft in varied environments. My favorite cooking techniques include sous-vide, braising, poaching, grilling, and barbecuing. For me, cooking is an ever-evolving journey.
